What we do

Work that changes how a business runs

We use Lean Six Sigma thinking to find what’s slowing the business down, then build practical solutions around it.

Phase 01

Diagnose

We trace the work from start to finish to find bottlenecks and wasted effort, and separate the symptoms from what’s causing them.

Phase 02

Fix

We redesign the process with your team and improve the tools around it, testing each change on live work before it’s fully implemented.

Phase 03

Sustain

We build the routines, ownership, and visibility needed to keep the improvement in place.

Phase 04

Move on

We leave. Your team runs it, and the improved process becomes part of everyday work.

Capability index

01

Improve the work

Fix what’s broken, not what looks broken.

  • Value stream mapping
  • Root cause analysis (DMAIC)
  • Standard work design
  • Workflow redesign
  • Kaizen events
02

Build the system

Turn a fix into something that holds.

  • SOPs & documentation
  • Visual management systems
  • Culture & change management
  • Continuous improvement roadmaps
  • Governance structures
  • Process ownership models
03

Reduce the cost

Cut cost without cutting corners.

  • Cost-to-serve analysis
  • Capacity & throughput modeling
  • Vendor & spend analysis
  • Labor & staffing optimization
  • Waste elimination programs
  • Inventory & flow optimization
04

Make performance visible

If no one can see it, no one can fix it.

  • KPI design & scorecards
  • Real-time dashboards
  • Performance reporting cadences
  • Data visualization
  • Metric ownership & cadence
05

Put technology to work

Find where technology can make a difference.

  • Automation feasibility studies
  • RPA implementation
  • Process mining
  • AI & automation readiness
  • Light-touch automation support

Good fit if

  • You want to reduce cost, improve capacity, or make performance more consistent.
  • You know something is slow, inconsistent, or broken, and you’re not sure why.
  • You want to fix the underlying problem, not work around it.

Less of a fit if

  • You expect results without changing how work gets done.
  • You want to add headcount to solve a problem you haven’t diagnosed.
  • Leadership isn’t prepared to back what the fix requires.

Questions

Before you get in touch.

Do we need to know what the problem is before contacting you?

No. Knowing something is slow or inconsistent is enough. Finding the cause is the first phase of the work, not a prerequisite for starting it.

Do you only work with manufacturers?

No. We work across aerospace and defense, automotive, consumer and multi-unit, emerging brands, financial services, healthcare, industrials, and logistics. The work is about how a process runs, and that isn’t strictly on a factory floor.

Do we need to be using Lean Six Sigma already?

No. We bring the method. Your team doesn’t need to know it going in — and if you want them to, we offer training.

Do you implement the solutions, or just make recommendations?

We implement. We build the change with your team and test it on real work. A report with recommendations isn’t the deliverable.

Who needs to be involved?

The people closest to the work. Expect a few hours a week from them during the first phase and more while we’re testing changes.

How long does an engagement take?

Most run weeks, not quarters. How many depends on the complexity of the problem and how available the data is. We scope it up front rather than let it run.

What does it cost?

Scoped and priced up front, per phase — no open-ended billing. You’ll know the number before we start, and you can stop after the first phase if the findings aren’t worth acting on.
